Will there be baseball in 2022?


On December 2, 2021, Major League Baseball locked out its players because the current five-year collective bargaining agreement (CBA) expired. MLB asserted that by locking out quickly its players, the parties will be able to more effectively negotiate a new CBA without jeopardizing the season. We shall see if the assertion plays out as hoped.
