Subway® sandwich bread and Pringles are connected

Have you ever wondered why Subway sandwich bread tasty good? Perhaps it is because they use a lot of sugar in it. Under Irish VAT rules, bread is allowed to have a 2% sugar content, but Subway sandwich "bread" has a 10% sugar content (see link).
This brings me to the connection with Pringles.
Another instance of something that is yet isn't. In 2015, I wrote a blog about how P&G was contesting that Pringles were an excepted food item subject to a higher VAT rate. If P&G won, then Pringles would be subject to a lower VAT rate. During the proceedings, P&G argued that the amount of potato in a chip was about 40% -- meaning that 60% of a Pringle chip is something else.
