Personalized ads -- no avoiding them

Starting April 15, 2021, TikTok will change its settings. Under the old settings, users could opt out of personalized ads. After the change, its users can only opt out of personalized ads based on tracking from other websites. Thus, its users will be targeted with personalized ads based on their activity on TikTok's services.
