Not quite free of student loans

Last year, I blogged about a lawyer who sought bankruptcy protection to alleviate his student loan debt. The district court had granted him relief.
Well, that decision was appealed to a US District Court judge who reversed the Bankruptcy Court's summary judgment ruling because the applicant had not yet demonstrated that repaying the loan would be an undue hardship (see Decision). Thus, it is back to court.
