Biometric Model Release

Earlier this year, Getty Images published a new model release that incorporates a Biometric Release (see link). The release allows licensees to take and use biometric data from a model's photo (see link).

The market for this release is not the model. But, rather licensees because it will enable them to process a model's photograph more easily without concern.
