A bit of a let down...

In July 2019, the UK ICO announced its intention to fine Marriott International, Inc. $124 million for infringements of the EU GDPR. On October 30, 2020, it announced that the fine was reduced to $23.9 million.

Similarly, in July 2019, the UK ICO previously announced its intention to fine British Airways GBP 183.9 million for infringement of the EU GDPR. On October 16, 2020, it announced that it had reduced the fine to GBP 20 million.
