Ms. Kim is a skilled tax attorney with expertise in international taxation.  Ms. Kim previously worked as an International Tax Manager at Ernst & Young and as Tax Counsel at Golden Tree Asset Management, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund.  Her practice emphasized on cross-border tax planning and structuring for asset management, private equity and investment funds. She regularly advised clients on how to achieve optimal tax objectives through the design and implementation of appropriate tax structures for domestic and global transactions.

 

In addition to practicing at notable businesses, Ms. Kim clerked at the U.S. Court of International Trade, the District Court of D.C. and the International Trade Commission. 

 

Ms. Kim also is an entrepreneur.  She is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fertility Funds and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. With her business background and experience as an entrepreneur, she has a deep understanding of the legal and business issues that entrepreneurs confront.
